The first is the <body>, which is used to hold the content on the page. The content can be, for example, you could have a photo album with some text in it to represent each picture.
The second element of HTML that you will see is the <head>, which is the link that will tell the browser where to go for the next page. The head of the webpage is the HTML code that you need in order for the webpage to load. HTML5 was released as a complete technology for HTML.
Short-term goals for web development
Lately, many free and paid services have allowed you to create websites. Some of these services are paid, while others are free, giving you a platform to develop websites from.
